• LiIon and LiFe batteries are products exclusively for professional customers, not intended for consumers. The cells do not have protections. Improper use can lead to leakage, dangerous heating, fire, and more.

WARNING: The cells have flat terminals with pre-welded pieces of aluminum strips. The method of connecting this type of cell involves either spot welding or using a capacitive welder to attach an M8/M10 aluminum pin, or fastening cable terminals directly. The most common method is a drilled connection. There are two main techniques:

1. Drill the terminal vertically to a depth of about 7 mm, tap a thread, and screw in an M5/M6 stud, which serves as the base for a ring terminal.

2. (Recommended method) Drill two horizontal through-holes (M3) across the width of the terminal, then use a piece of U-channel matching the terminal's width. The channel’s arms are fastened to the terminal with long screws passing through the holes. Alternatively, the through-holes can be tapped, allowing the channel arms to be fixed with four shorter screws. The attached U-channel can then serve as a mounting base for a ring terminal fastened with an M10 screw.
