1. When is the next delivery?
We have smaller deliveries every few days, but our main deliveries are between the 2nd and 10th of each month. If you're hunting for a specific cell model, it's a good time to keep an eye on our store.
2. The offer with the cells has disappeared! When will they be back?
Well, the cells have sold out :) If you are waiting for this specific model, please be patient. We always strive to restock the model after it sells out.
3. Can I request information on when the cells will be available?
Unfortunately, we do not provide information or reserve cells. :( It wouldn't be fair to those waiting. If a cell has a "Notify me when available" status, sign up for a notification. Enter your email, and when the cell is back in stock, we will notify you by email. Please make your purchase promptly, as our stocks sell out quite quickly.
4. Can you charge the cells to full before shipping?
Unfortunately, we cannot :( Our technological process and the large volume of cells passing through our warehouses do not allow us to dedicate extra time and resources to charging cells. You have to do it yourself at home. The varying charge level of cells is also a factor that enables us to keep their prices low. Sometimes it's better to buy cells from us at a lower price and use part of the savings to purchase a charger. The cells will be full... and the charger will remain for later :)
5. Can we select cells from a single production period?
Unfortunately, we cannot :( Cells should not be selected based on production dates but rather based on parameters like capacity. It could happen that the manufacturer changes the parameters of the cells between two different production dates, which could cause cells from the same date to work differently over time. Therefore, the proper selection of cells must always be based on capacity (with some possible tolerance), and this is how we do it in our workshops.
6. If I purchase a carton now and another in 3 months, will they contain cells with the same parameters, and will they be able to be combined?
Yes, the purpose of testing cell ranges is to allow them to be combined into a pack, regardless of whether the carton was purchased today or in 3 months.
